Paddington afternoon tea bus tour, complete with the all-important marmalade sandwiches!
This October Brigit’s Bakery launches the first official Paddington afternoon tea bus tour taking families on a unique sightseeing tour of London onboard the iconic double-decker Routemaster bus.
Paddington and Mrs Bird will be telling families all about some ofthe city’s most famous landmarks as each table comes with a special built-in screen providing guests with a Paddington-guided animation of the tour of London. The bus will drive past some of Paddington's favourite landmarks, including Big Ben, The Houses of Parliament, Westminster Abbey, Hyde Park, Nelson’s Column, St Paul's Cathedral, Green Park, Piccadilly Circus, and many more.
Whilst discovering the city, guests can enjoy a delicious Paddington-themed afternoon tea including both sweet and savoury treats such as mini margarita pizzas, smoked salmon and cucumber pretzels, Paddington cookies, freshly baked scones and of course the best marmalade sandwiches ever! All this completed with a bespoke Paddington travel cup to take home.
Suitable for little cubs and grown-ups alike, the Paddington afternoon tea bus tour is available weekly from Wednesdays to Sundays with departures near Trafalgar Square at 9:45, 13:45 and 17:30.
